The machines and drawings of Leonardo da Vinci become installations, some of them interactive, thanks to the creativity of Studio Azzurro. To celebrate 500 years since Leonardo’s death at the Milan’s Palazzo Reale the multi-media exhibition “Leonardo. The imagination’s machine” will be opened to the public until July 14.
The visitor’s experience ranges from observation to participation, through the world of machines turned into narrative devices, of giant sheets of notes waiting to be awakened. In four sections, the visitor can choose some of the keywords excerpted from the Vincian’s lexicon which, once uttered, give life to the video telling, in which Leonardo’s drawings are flanked, walked through or revisited by footage some times hyper-realistic, some others almost abstract.
